Assign Study Monitors / Managers to a Study

Tip

Assigning study monitors / managers gives an overview of who is working on a study and over what timeframe. This maintains a record of study work / responsibility.
Only the study manager is able to publish study costs, so it is important that the manager assigned maintains oversight of study financing.

1. 👆 Navigate to Studies 👉 Select the study of interest from the list.

2. 👆 Click the "EDIT" button on the "Overview" tab.

3. 👆 Click "Add User".

Warning

To select users they must already exist in the system: Create a User.

4. 👆 Select a User from the drop-down list.

5. 👆 Click "Add User" under the "Manager(s)" section.

6. 👆 Select a user from the drop-down list.

7. ✍️ Enter a from date.

This is the first date the user will be the study monitor for. If there are multiple monitors, then the current monitor will be the one with the most recent "From" date.

8. 👆 Click "SAVE".

9. 🥳 The Current Monitor(s) and Current Manager(s) have been updated.
