Archive / Delete a Campaign Contact

Tip

Archived contacts can be restored if needed again in the future. If they are deleted they cannot be accessed again.

1. 👆 Navigate to Entities 👉 Contacts

2. 👆 Select the relevant contact from the list.

3. 👆 Navigate to the "Campaigns" tab.

Archive from All Campaigns

Tip

Archiving a contact from all campaigns means that their access to any campaign content in this partition will be removed. However, the contacts completed tasks and survey results will remain.

4. 👆 Click "Archive from All Campaigns"

5. 🥳 This contacts access to all campaigns has been removed. Note that there is still "Completed Tasks" present on the "Completed Tasks" tab.

Delete from All Campaigns

Tip

Deleting a contact from all campaigns means that their access to any campaign content in this partition will be removed. The difference between archiving and deleting is that by deleting, the contacts campaign data will be removed. Any completed tasks / survey results will be lost.

6. 👆 Click "Delete from All Campaigns"

7. 🥳 Contact is no longer present in any campaigns. Note that the "Completed Tasks" tab is now empty.

Delete from a Specific Campaign

Tip

Deleting a contact from a campaign means that their access to that campaign will be removed. By deleting, the contacts data in this campaign will be deleted. Any completed tasks / survey results in that campaign will be lost.

8. 👆 Click the bin icon next to the campaign to delete the contact from.

9. 🥳 The campaign access has been removed, along with any tasks the contact had completed within that campaign.

Archive From a Specific Campaign

Tip

Archiving a contact from a campaign means that their access to that campaign will be removed. The contacts completed tasks and survey results from this campaign will remain.

10. 👆 Navigate to Campaigns 👉 Select the campaign of interest from the list

11. 👆 Navigate to the "Contacts" tab 👉 Contacts.

12. 👆 Click the archive button for the relevant contact.

13. 🥳 The contacts access from this campaign has been removed. Their completed tasks and survey results still exist.
