How to Create a Constituents Page

Constituent pages show clients a list of constituents that are linked to an entity or entity group. See the preview below of how the page appears to an external customer.

Note that constituents are only shown on this page if the entity role assigned to the entity-constituent link is study related (role "Registrant" or "Only Representative"). For more information on how to create entity-constituent links, see this tutorial.

1. 👆 Navigate to Campaigns 👉 Select a campaign of interest from the list.

2. 👆 Navigate to Web Portal 👉 Pages.

3. 👆 Click "Add Page".

4. 👆 Select options in the "Accessible To" section to control who can view the page.

5. 👆 Click the Type field and select "Constituents" from the dropdown list.

6. 👆 Choose to show constituents linked to either an Entity or Entity Group.

If selecting an Entity Group, it will show links for any of the entities in the group.

7. 👆 Click the Entity field and choose an entity from the dropdown list.

8. 👆 Click "SAVE AND RETURN".

9. 🥳 The Constituents page is saved and appears in the list of pages.
