Create a Campaign Footer

Tip

Footers display information to external users at the end of pages. Footers can be at partition level and campaign level. The partition level footers will be shown on all campaigns within that partition, unless "overridden". The campaign level footers are optional, and if populated, will override the partition level footer.

1. 👆 Navigate to Campaigns 👉 Click "Partition Wide Content".

3. 👆 Click "EDIT".

Tip

Partition footers have the option to create a custom footer, or populate the footer from entity information already stored in the system.

5. 👆 Click "SAVE".

7. 👆 Switch to the "From Entity" option.

8. 👆 Click the Entity field 👉 Choose an option from the dropdown list. Note that an entity must exist for it to be selected here: Create an Entity.

9. 👆 Click "SAVE".

11. 👆 Click "PREVIEW".

Tip

Preview the footer to check what the customer will see at the end of pages.

12. 👆 Navigate to Campaigns 👉 Select the campaign of interest from the list.

13. 👆 Navigate to the Web Portal tab 👉 Additional Options.

14. 👆 Click "EDIT".

15. 👆 Tick the checkbox for "Override".

16. ✍️ Enter content into the boxes provided.

17. 👆 Click "SAVE".
