Send a Client Service Portal Welcome Email¶
Tip
Here is a preview of the Welcome Email that the contact will receive. These emails are to introduce the client to the Service Portal Campaigns and give them some context.
1. 👆 Navigate to the "Communications" tab inside the relevant Client Service Portal Campaign.¶
2. 👆 Click "Send Email".¶
3. 👆 Click "Client Portal Welcome Email Penman Consulting".¶
Choose the bvba or Ltd option depending on what Penman entity the client is billed by.
4. 👆 Click "Next".¶
5. 👆 Click "Next" again, as no attachments are required.¶
6. 👆 Select the viewing role for "Client Contacts". This will select all contacts in this campaign that are assigned to this role.¶
7. 👆 Click "Next".¶
Tip
By default the subject will be "Client Portal Welcome Email", so this field can be left blank. This subject can be overwritten by entering a new subject into that field.
