Send a Client Service Portal Welcome Email

Tip

Here is a preview of the Welcome Email that the contact will receive. These emails are to introduce the client to the Service Portal Campaigns and give them some context.

1. 👆 Navigate to the "Communications" tab inside the relevant Client Service Portal Campaign.

2. 👆 Click "Send Email".

3. 👆 Click "Client Portal Welcome Email Penman Consulting".

Choose the bvba or Ltd option depending on what Penman entity the client is billed by.

4. 👆 Click "Next".

5. 👆 Click "Next" again, as no attachments are required.

6. 👆 Select the viewing role for "Client Contacts". This will select all contacts in this campaign that are assigned to this role.

7. 👆 Click "Next".

Tip

By default the subject will be "Client Portal Welcome Email", so this field can be left blank. This subject can be overwritten by entering a new subject into that field.

8. 👆 Click "Send".

9. 👆 Navigate back to the communications tab to see the sent email history. 🥳 Find the email just sent listed here.
