Reports - Generating a Constituent Presence Report

1. 👆Navigate to Documents 👉 Wizards👉"Constituents Presence Report"

2. 👆Click "Next"

3. 👆Select a product(s) and 👆click "Next"

4. 👆Select a percentage using the "Only include constituents with a presence over" field to only include constituents present over a certain percentage.

5. 👆Select constituent(s) to include.

6. 👆Click "Next"

7. The report can be downloaded as a spreadsheet or saved into the Document database. 👆Click "Download" or "Save".

8. 🥳The document will be downloaded or saved into the document database.
